Registration for the conference will open in November 2017 and close on January 15th, 2018.
Fees for presenters: $250 USD
Fees for attendees and graduate students: $150 USD
Fee for optional pedagogy workshop*: $25 USD
*On Wednesday afternoon from 2:30-4 pm Cynthia Belliveau, our second invited speaker, will lead an optional hands-on pedagogy workshop on how to incorporate food-related experiential learning activities into the classroom. This workshop is based off of her and Lisa Heldke’s highly successful summer seminar at the John Dewey Kitchen Institute.
Please see the program for details about the reception and the two meals included in the conference fees. As a reminder, participants are expected to attend the entirety of the conference from 8:30 am Monday, March 26th until 2 pm Wednesday, March 28th. Again, the 2:30-4 pm pedagogy workshop on Wednesday afternoon is optional (though highly encouraged).
